With StakeWare, you can: gather, organize, and analyze stakeholder data—then identify key issues and related indicators that are relevant and therefore material to include in a G3 Sustainability Report. StakeWare solutions can help determine which entities’ (e.g subsidiaries and joint ventures) performance should be represented by the report.

Using a collaborative web interface, StakeWare aggregates all information into performance dashboards that guide executives’ understanding of how stakeholders’ perceptions change over time on key social, environmental, and economic impacts across all levels of the enterprise.

The StakeWare application drives performance improvements by better aligning business strategy with metrics of stakeholder concerns. It increases operational efficiency through an enhanced decision support system that enables a proactive approach to risk management. Our on-demand model delivers breakthrough functionality that renders an iterative, transparent, and cost-effective reporting cycle.

Topic Summary:

Stakeholder engagement is recognized as a crucial component in determining the content of a Sustainability Report, yet it is challenging to identify the threshold at which a stakeholder issue becomes sufficiently important to warrant inclusion in the report. To be effective, engagement must be proactive and take into account changing expectations. This process requires: ongoing consideration of stakeholder concerns; management of interactions, commitments, and deliverables; and effective reactions to material issues.

In today’s overloaded workplace, operational staff won’t respond to these extra, remote demands unless they have tools and automated support to enable and encourage their success. This presentation will explore an innovative methodology that systematically approaches the challenge of materiality. The methodology manages stakeholder expectations through a collaborative platform geared towards early issue identification, ensures the integrity of data across all levels of the enterprise, and facilitates the determination of thresholds that can ultimately inform the content and indicators of the report.
