The conference, in review

The recovered Conference in Review is GRI’s illustrated account of the Amsterdam Global Conference on Sustainability and Transparency, held on 4–6 October 2006. Its 14 PDF pages cover participation, plenary sessions, the reporting debate and the launch of the G3 Guidelines.

The report records 1,150 participants from 65 countries. Its discussion follows materiality, stakeholder relations, financial markets, emerging markets and the role of public agencies. These are the conference’s historical findings, rather than current reporting requirements.

See nine recovered photographs, the final G3 Version 3.0 Guidelines, and how historical G3 differs from today’s GRI 3.
